Flowbiz Lug Type Butterfly Valves:
Lug-style butterfly valves are usually formed of metal such as ductile iron or steel. They feature threaded wiped lugs positioned on the valve flanges for bolt linkages. Lug-style butterfly valves are suited for end-of-line benefit, but a blind flange is still suggested. Wafer Type Butterfly Valve is in the middle of the flanges on the lines; the Ears Type Butterfly Valve has "Lugs" over the whole circumference of the body, which are learned as lugs: these are incorporated tapped lugs placed on the Valve bolt connections. Due to this unique link design, the Lug Butterfly Valve is fit for end-of-line service, but a random flange is always suggested. Difference between a lug type and a wafer type butterfly valve:
