thermodynamic steam trap valve manufacturer india - Flowbiz

Welcome to visit FlowBiz Exports Pvt Ltd

FlowBiz Valves is a High-Quality Thermodynamic Steam Trap Valve Manufacturer in India. The thermodynamic trap is a powerful steam trap with a simple process method. Hot condensate coursing through the inlet course into the chamber under the disc drops in pressure and releases flash steam forcing at a high rate. They are simple, robust, dependable, and can operate at high temperatures and pressures.

Steam has two Components:

The latent heat is helpful in the heat transfer method. The Reasonable heat in the form of condensate having only the heat content is not valuable for process, hindering Heat transfer and causing damage to piping equipment due to its existence. Hence, there is a necessity to remove condensate and trapped steam.

The Flash steam started due to the high velocity & expansion of flash steam over the disc. A thermodynamic Steam Trap is packed and light and discharges condensate as and when it is formed. The device is close and traps the live moisture when it appears.

Operation Principals:

The principle of the thermodynamic steam trap is based on Bernoulli's law, which states that the static and dynamic pressure aggregate is stable at all ends in a liquid flow. If cold condensate flows into the vapour trap on start-up, the valve disc is pushed upwards, and the condensate is released from the outlet holes. As the start-up phase moves, the condensate becomes hotter, and the pressure increases. Part of the static pressure is then transformed to velocity in the chamber between the seat and the disc. Advantages:

  • No adjustment needed: Thermodynamic traps can operate across their total working range without any adjustment or change of internals.
  • Body design: They are close, simple, lightweight and have an immense condensate power for their size.
  • High-Pressure Use: Thermodynamic traps can be used on high-pressure and hot steam and are not affected by water hammer or vibration.
